Solving Approach

  • Start
    1. Declare an integer n
    2. Read n from user input
    3. Declare an integer array arr[100]
    4. For i from 0 to n-1, do:
      • Read arr[i] from user input
    5. Call function calculate_sum(arr, n):
      • Initialize sum ← 0
      • Set pointer ptr ← arr
      • For i from 0 to n-1, do:
        • Add value pointed by ptr to sum
        • Increment ptr to point to next element
      • Return sum
    6. Store returned value in result
    7. Print result
