Code

#include <stdio.h>

int toggleFifthBit(int n) {
    n ^= (1<<5);
    return n;
}

int main() {
    int n;
    scanf("%d", &n);
    printf("%d", toggleFifthBit(n));
    return 0;
}

Solving Approach

The ^ operator toggles a bit, so we can use a mask to access the 5th bit position and use the toggle operator to toggle the bit.
