Set Multiple Bits in 8-bit Register

Solving Approach

#include <stdio.h>
#include <stdint.h>

uint8_t set_range(uint8_t reg, uint8_t start, uint8_t end) {
    // Your code here

    for ( int i = start; i<= end; i++){
        reg |= (1 << i);
    }
    return reg;
}

int main() {
    uint8_t reg, start, end;
    scanf("%hhu %hhu %hhu", &reg, &start, &end);
    printf("%u", set_range(reg, start, end));
    return 0;
}

Solving Approach

-> Start to end will be in the same direction of LSB to MSB.
-> to set each bit we will need to OR it with shifted 0x1 ( to the specific position, in our case from start to end )
-> Put the above logic inside a for loop starting from "start" to the "end"
