Control the LED Brightness using a microcontroller and a Potentiometer so that the user can adjust the LED Brightness via the potentiometer smoothly.

Note: Use the ADC (Analog-to-Digital Converter) to read the potentiometer value and adjust the LED brightness accordingly.
