33. Signal Switching Diode Selection

Neha is designing a logic control circuit and needs a diode to isolate two 5V digital signals. 

The signal current is very small, but the diode should switch quickly so it does not slow down the logic signal. 

She decides to use an SMD switching diode in SOD-123 package. 

Help her select a suitable diode from DigiKey. 

Make sure it is suitable for small-signal switching, has enough reverse voltage rating, and works reliably in industrial temperatures.
