14. RC Delay Capacitor Selection

John is designing a startup delay circuit so that a controller board gets about a 5 ms reset delay after power is turned ON. 

So he has designed the following circuit.  

Help him select a 0603 SMD ceramic timing capacitor. 

Make sure the selected capacitor keeps the delay accurate and stable over temperature.
